The Sidemen Charity Match is officially set to return in 2025, bringing back one of YouTube’s most beloved live events after taking a year off in 2024. The announcement came via the Sidemen’s official X (formerly Twitter) account, where they confirmed that fans can now sign up at sidemenfc.com to receive updates, including ticket information, which will be released on November 10.
What Is the Sidemen Charity Match?
The Sidemen are a UK-based content collective consisting of seven members: KSI, Miniminter, Zerkaa, TBJZL, Behzinga, Vikkstar123, and W2S. Formed in 2013, they gained fame through a mix of gaming videos, challenges, vlogs, and football content. Over the years, they’ve become one of the most influential groups on YouTube, boasting millions of subscribers each and collaborating with global figures like MrBeast and IShowSpeed.
In 2016, they launched the Sidemen Charity Match, an annual football event that sees the group and other internet personalities compete in a light-hearted but high-profile match to raise money for charitable causes. Since its inception, the event has raised millions of pounds and grown into a sell-out spectacle, blending entertainment with philanthropy.
Where Will the 2025 Match Be Played?
While the venue has yet to be confirmed, it’s likely the game will return to London Stadium, where the 2023 edition was held in front of 65,000 fans. Previous matches were hosted at St Mary’s Stadium and The Valley, but the group reached new heights with the West Ham venue.
Despite fans hoping for an even bigger stage, such as Old Trafford, TBJZL explained the iconic stadium was not available:
They have their own foundation doing a charity match in that same time period so they have no other windows for us to do it.
