According to local residents, a site housing Russian troops was among the targets hit.

Ukrainian military forces launched a broad series of coordinated attacks across occupied eastern territories over the weekend.

The strikes focused heavily on key support facilities that maintain heavy equipment and store essential supplies for frontline troops.

According to statements released by Ukraine’s General Staff, precision fire targeted six separate military locations across the Donetsk and Luhansk regions between October 10 and the early hours of October 11.

In Donetsk, the attack reportedly struck a Russian military repair unit stationed near Chystiakove. A separate strike hit a major military logistics warehouse situated near Makiivka.

Across the regional border in Luhansk, another key storage facility went up in flames near the village of Horodyshche.

Independent observers were unable to confirm the exact results of the strikes right away, but the pro-Ukrainian OSINT group Exilenova+ has released footage from what they say are three different blazes reported.

They add that local residents report a site housing Russian troops was hit as well.

Pressure on troop hubs

The weekend assault went far beyond storage yards and repair bays. Ukrainian forces also directed heavy fire toward locations where Russian military personnel gather before deploying to the front.

Explosions hit troops across three Luhansk towns. The targeted sites included staging grounds near Purdivka, Lysychansk, and Irmino.

Ukrainian military officials explained that pounding these staging sites systematically wears down enemy logistics and degrades combat potential before troops even reach the battlefield.

These weekend actions built directly upon a previous wave of attacks on October 10. During those earlier raids, Ukrainian forces reported striking Russian command posts in Zaporizhzhia and Donetsk, an electronic warfare station inside Russia’s Bryansk region, and a military training facility in occupied Kherson.

The General Staff update did not disclose details regarding the operation, including the types of long-range weapons used in the raids, damage caused or enemy casualty figures.
