What You’ll Need (Serves 4):

  • 600g cauliflower florets
  • 200g panko or breadcrumbs
  • 80g flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp onion granules
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 80ml chili sauce
  • 80ml vegan cooking cream
  • Water (if needed to adjust batter consistency)
  • Vegan BBQ sauce (for brushing)
  • Optional: garlic dressing for dipping

How to Make Them:

  1. Prepare the batter:
In a large bowl, mix flour, vegan cooking cream, chili sauce, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and onion granules. Add a splash of water if the mixture is too thick—it should coat the cauliflower easily.
  2. Coat the florets:
Toss the cauliflower florets in the batter until fully covered. Then roll them in the panko or breadcrumbs for that satisfying crunch.
  3. Crisp them up:
Place the coated florets in an air fryer and cook until golden and crispy. This usually takes about 15–20 minutes at 180°C (355°F), depending on your air fryer.
  4. Add the finishing touch:
Once cooked, brush the wings generously with vegan BBQ sauce for that signature buffalo-style flavor.
  5. Serve:
Pair with a garlic dipping sauce or your favorite vegan ranch. They’re crispy, spicy, and completely irresistible.

These buffalo cauliflower wings hit that perfect balance of texture and flavor—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with spicy-sweet depth.
