- 25 cl Lillet Blanc
- 25 cl Prosecco
- 25 cl chilled mineral water
- 1 organic orange or blood orange
- Ice cubes
- (Optional) Fresh mint
How to Make It:
- Chill your Prosecco, Lillet, and mineral water ahead of time.
- Grab two large, cool glasses.
- Slice four thin rounds from your orange and divide them between the glasses.
- Fill each glass generously with ice cubes.
- Add a splash of orange juice directly into each glass for extra zest.
- Pour in 12.5 cl each of Lillet Blanc, mineral water, and Prosecco per glass.
- Garnish with mint if you’re feeling fancy.
- Stir gently and serve chilled.
