'Trump Can't End the Russia-Ukraine War in One Day'

Trending Now

Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov has expressed skepticism about former U.S. President Donald Trump's ability to resolve the conflict in Ukraine within a day.

Trump has repeatedly claimed that he could achieve this if he were president.

"This is too complex a problem for such a simple solution," Dmitry Peskov stated. His remarks were broadcast on NBC News.

Trump has several times stated that, if he were the President of the United States, he could stop the conflict in Ukraine within 24 hours.

The Ukrainian President, Volodymyr Zelensky, has on multiple occasions asked Trump to explain how he would accomplish this if he truly believed it was possible. Now, Putin's spokesperson, Peskov, has announced that it would not be feasible, even if Trump becomes president again.

Trump's assertion of being able to end the conflict in one day has been met with skepticism, not only from the Kremlin but also from other international observers.

While Russia and Ukraine currently don't agree on much, it seems they do concur that Trump would not be able to stop the war within 24 hours of becoming president.
